Onomatamore Subscription Policy
1. Term
The term of any subscription is one month as defined as the service start date of one month at 3:00am ET to the same date of the following month at 3:00am ET. If the if the service start date is any date between the 28th and the 31st, the following month date will be last date of that month.
2. Renewal
A subscription automatically renews from month to month unless cancelled by the subscriber.
3. Payment
The monthly subscription fee payment will automatically be charged to the subscriber’s account through Onomatamore’s payment provider using the credit or debit card on file. If the credit or debit card on file has expired, access to one’s subscription will be suspended until valid credit or debit card data has been entered.
4. Cancellation Policy
- A subscriber may cancel at any time via Account Settings>Billing>Manage Your Subscription
- Upon cancellation, the subscription will remain open until the end of the current term. No further charges will be made to the subscriber’s payment method.
5. Subscription Resumption
When a subscription is cancelled, the subscriber’s account data and test scores will be saved for three years. Before the end of this period, the subscriber will be able to reactivate the account using the same login credentials by simply making a payment. The data will be present in the account as it was on the last day of the original subscription.
6. Other
A subscription is intended for only one user, as its scoring is not configured for multiple users. Onomatamore does not currently have the means to delete selective data from a subscriber’s account in the case of unauthorized usage. If you suspect that your account has been compromised by a third party, immediately change your password.
